The Founder and CEO of Xcendant LLC. Hayden is a USAF Veteran having served in commands in both the US and Far East. Hayden leverages his experience in aircraft maintenance and fabrication across Xcendant's Asset Integrity practice to create unique value and innovative solutions for our customers. Hayden's vision to provide opportunities for veterans and his community has led him to assemble a team of highly competent professionals focused on providing quality project delivery to customers in the federal space.

Gregory Strickling brings deep corporate and governmental experience as a senior career consultant in the Social Impact and Community Development arena across the US. He has excelled in designing Youth Development and Workforce Readiness programs for City, State and Federal Government Agencies and their contractors and counterparts.
Gregory is also responsible for leading Xcendant’s Facilities Management Vertical having a proven track record leading these initiatives over several years in the HIgher Education Sector. Gregory is a graduate of Arizona State University and former Director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the East Valley North Tempe Branch.
